Glad to have you in the market! Kraut was delcious, spaetzel ws a bit inconsistant texture wise( burnt and some not cooked) but the gravy was right on. Brauts were authentic (which means pretty salty) and very good. Although I was sorry to see you where out of rolls for the brats. Staff was friendly and professional. It would be nice to have a little background music from bavaria. Again glad to have you here!

Thanks so much for the great evening we had last night dining in your wonderful restaurant! As usual the german food was authentic and delicious! That made for a great valentines day dinner for me and my freinds. Have a great day!

Finde ich total spitze, dass Ihr nach Raleigh umgezogen seid. Ich habe Euch letztes Jahr in Selma besucht und war sehr begeistert. Leider kam ich nicht so oft dorthin.
Nun, da ihr jetzt in Raleigh seid, werd ich auf jeden Fall oefter vorbeischauen. Ich habe einen relativ grossen Kreis an deutschen Freunden und Bekannten hier, da werd ich gleich mal die Werbetrommel fuer Euch ruehren :-)

Jaaaaaa endlich.... ne Freundin von mir hat mir vor ca drei wochen ne email geschickt und mir erzaehlt das in Downtown Raleigh nen neues Deutsches Cafe aufmacht!!! JIHA!

Loved my lunch! It was great. Loved the Black Forest Cake too...I'm stuffed. Great food!

I was hoping that you would have opened already. It was my husband b-day on thursday & we were hoping to celebrate at your new location. Can you please let me know how much longer before you open. WE can not wait for some good food...Patricia
