Welcome to Edelweiss Bakery!

We would love to invite you for a trip away from the every day routine and to stop by for a visit. Our breads, pastries and food will give you a unique German dining experience.

We offer European breads, pastries and German cuisine. The breads and rolls are baked fresh each morning and include Ciabatta, Rye, Country Hearth, 3-Seed, Potato and Rosemary. The sandwiches are made to order on the bread of your choice. Edelweiss pastries and cakes are all original European recipes and made from the finest ingredients.
Edelweiss’s hot meals will make you feel like you are in Europe. Our customer’s favorite is the Bratwurst Plate (original German sausage) with Bavarian Sauerkraut and German Potato salad. Other hot sellers are the Schnitzel (breaded pork loin) and the Schweinebraten (pork roast) with red cabbage and Spätzle (home made German pasta). For breakfast we serve scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage on fresh buttered croissants or rolls.
